After an enlightening drive through the mountains and checking into our bed and breakfast, we were ready for a good local beer in Ouray, Colorado.  Obviously, in the middle of no-where in this small town in the mountains they have a brewery! We found Ouray Brewery about 2 blocks down right on main street and as we walked in, we knew we were going to have a good time.

Did I mention that they have swings at their bar?  Yes, you can sit on a swing and at a bar at the same time. Take a look at their website for more.  This was one of the best breweries that we visited on the roadtrip to elsewhere.

So we are about two beers down, ate some food and head outside for a break and wonder why we feel so buzzed.  I am thinking… wow, I feel wasted after only a couple beers.  I ate enough food today, had enough water, going through all these thoughts on how I could be this buzzed so fast.  Then, it comes to me.

The elevation.  We are at around 8,000 ft above sea level.  That is why they are selling oxygen tanks in the gift shops.  It is all starting to make sense.

Through the clouded mind, we ended up laughing the night away with the locals.
