The experienced traveler knows that not everything can go as planned. Most seasoned travelers don’t even make a plan they just go with the flow and see where the day leads them. There are always those days where you have expectations and small plans and mother nature or luck just get in your way of plans. There are only three ways to go when you hit dead ends, go back or take a right or a left.
Our lives should be lived by the same thinking, going with the flow, adapting and knowing when to surrender. Somethings are just meant to happen, that’s the way it is.
As a road warrior, there are many variables that can come in the way of your plans. Weather is always a big one. Holding you back or pushing you ahead, you cannot beat mother nature in her game. Knowing when to pull over and make a new plan can be a challenge. But it is one of the biggest life lessons to experience in all aspects.
Sometimes not knowing where you are going to end up is one of the best plans.
