Big Sur, CA ————————————> Monterey, CA

I hit one of those moments when everything is spinning and you cannot control anything.  All you can do is surrender.  Big Sur, CA is amazingly peaceful and the people there are the best people you will meet on this planet.  They are all travelers with no where to go.  The hardest part for me was being out of no where, meaning being without phone service and internet.

Being a Digital Nomad is wonderful, but you have to be connected.  Being in Big Sur was amazing, but completely challenging as a Digital Nomad.  I couldn’t get my internet to work for more than 5 minutes at a time, no phone service, period.  So what do you do?  All you can do. Surrender.

We re-focused ourselves out of this whirl-spin of becoming road warriors on our roadtrip to elsewhere.  We decided to head back up the coast to Monterey Bay and get connected.  But first, we had to stop at the beach right off of HWY 1 on the coast of California.
