The drive to Durango wasn’t too long but it was dangerous! and FUN! We made it out alive and now we need food.  Checking into a cheap hotel for one night in Durango, we see next store there is a BBQ place.  Why not?

We headed over to Serious Texas Bar-B-Q and I am telling you… they are serious.  Every time I look at this photo, my mouth waters.

I am not a big meat eater, but I will tell you this is some serious texas bbq.  Not only was the meat as tender as it can be, it was juicy and melted in your mouth.  And I haven’t even started talking about the sides! Mac and cheese. Cole Slaw. Serious. Enough said.
