Santa Cruz, CA ————————————> Meadow Vista, CA

Wow, I have been in California for a week or so and I have experienced Death Valley, Mountains, Beach, and now I end up right back where I belong, in the woods up north.  I actually woke up thinking I was back home in Minnesota, up north.

Northern California close to Meadow Vista, it is exactly like Minnesota.  I think the best part is, the Californians have no idea on how similar they are. 4 seasoned trees, lakes, hills and unpaved paths with four-wheelers and deer everywhere, small town markets, and the list goes on!

It looks like Minnesota, but it does NOT feel like Minnesota.  Gorgeous weather, maybe snows an inch per year with sunshine almost every day?  I will take that.  And, look at this pool and hot tub!
