Getting ready to go on another Roadtrip to Elsewhere and this roadtrip is the start of my new road I am on with my baby girl, Helaina. I always go on the road with my pups and that is always fun and makes me feel safe. Helaina is the newest addition to the lifestyle of a Digital Nomad. She is my little co-worker and already used to being a Nomad.
Remember why you started.
Going on a new adventure in a new time of life. What will the road have for me this time? Adapting as a Nomad is a growing experience both personally and professionally. Being open, be free. Take the road as it comes. Everything is ahead of you and no looking back.

Being an Airbnb host, it is always important to remember who you are as a Traveler. Digital Nomads are always traveling and moving in new directions and when I went in the direction of South Dakota, I landed in Rapid City. After a long day on the road, there is nothing better to land in a place to call “home”. Airbnb is my favorite place to search for a place to stay and call home. Every Airbnb experience is personal and unique. You just have to be open to a new experience.
Home sharing has been around for sometime and I am so happy it has made a come back. I love experiencing an at home feel when arriving at the destination where you are going to sleep and wake up. The difference is a 180 compared to going to a hotel.

Bringing my baby on the road to work with me is a lot harder than it looks! My new job of being a Mom has challenged me the last couple of months. When first finding out that I was pregnant, I knew it was the time of my life I have been waiting for. I started my own businesses and worked hard for this time in my life. I always knew I wanted to be a Mom and be at home taking care of my child and running my own businesses. Going through my experiences and finally making the big step to go 100% as a Digital Nomad and a Business Owner has finally paid off.
Having baby Helaina has reminded me why we are all here. She helps me balance my life. Stop and pause. She has also taught me one of the biggest life lessons, we are here to live and love, not to work. After having my own business for 9 years going on 10 years, I have finally learned that work can wait. Organizing work tasks and Mommy tasks has been a transition and has it’s challenges, but some how I am getting all my work done and being the best Mom I can be.
It is very important for me to live here and now. Take one day at a time and not to get overwhelmed with everything I am responsible for. I take on a lot of challenges and I continue to grow, learn and evolve in every challenge that comes my way. I appreciate the challenges that come my way and I am determined to problem solve and work hard to find answers.
