Council Bluffs, IA traveling to Omaha, NE

After waking up with a couple hours of sleep and surviving the first check out, we decide we need food.  I try my best to find a local business in the area that I am in the mood for and in Omaha, NE we made a U-turn in downtown Omaha to check out this Ethnic Sandwich Shop.

Known for it’s Italian Sandwiches, Since 1977 this Ethnic Sandwich shop now offers even more than that.  Under new ownership, I got to chat for just a couple minutes and hear the history of the restaurant and how this family business loves what they do every day.

Grabbed our food to go and headed to the park to eat and check email.  Just another morning waking up, chatting business over food and getting to work answering emails, updating social networks and designing. Another day in the life of a Digital Nomad.  #LoveLifeEveryDay
